REFUND POLICY

1. This Refund Policy together with Terms of Use constitutes a legally binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between FictionMe, operated by Bonimor Limited, a company registered in Cyprus under company number HE431640, with its registered office at Richardou Leontokardou, 11 ANNEX COURT, Flat/Office 101 4046, Limassol, Cyprus (referred to as “FictionMe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and users (“User,” “you,” “your”) of FictionMe, a service available via the link https://fictionme.net/  (the “Website”) and the FictionMe application distributed via application store(s) (the “Apps”), collectively known as the “Service,” including any related materials. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from accessing or using the Service.

2. Paid Services. The Service offers premium features and functionalities ("Paid Services") that can be accessed in exchange for payment of specified service fees ("Service Fees"). These Paid Services provide enhanced experiences and additional functionalities beyond what is offered under the Free Services. Payment for Paid Services can be made using virtual currency known as "coins." These coins can be purchased through two billing options:

3.Coin Usage. Coins can be used to unlock additional chapters of books beyond the free previews provided. Coins have no real-world monetary value and can only be used within the App to access Paid Services.

4. Non-Refundable Coins: By purchasing coins or subscribing to our service (which means buying a fixed number of coins per month), you acknowledge and agree that due to their digital nature, all coin purchases are final and non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable unless otherwise required by applicable law or if the app fails to provide the content or features promised with the in-app purchase..

5. Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be provided if the app fails to deliver the content or features promised with the in-app purchase. You can cancel an in-app purchase within 14 days of the purchase date and receive a refund if you can prove that the app is unable to deliver the purchased content.

6. However, in exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to approve a refund at our discretion. Each case will be assessed individually, and decisions will be made based on the specific circumstances.

7. You accept and agree that in the event of a breach of the Terms of Use by you, you forfeit any and all unused portions of your subscription, and any fees paid hereunder are non-refundable to the maximum extent provided by law.

8. We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time, with changes becoming effective upon posting on the Website and/or in the App. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to accept any revised Refund Policy. If you disagree with these terms, please refrain from using the Service.

9. For residents of specific US states: if you are residing in the USA you have the right to cancel your purchase before midnight of the third business day following the purchase date, we will refund your payment in accordance with our refund policy.

10. For residents of the EU: If you reside in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the digital content purchase agreement within fourteen (14) days from the agreement's conclusion, without incurring any charges. Refunds will follow our refund policy, although some services may be exempt if fully performed within the 14-day period.

12. In the event of a declined payment due to your fault (e.g., insufficient funds), we reserve the right to bill you for any incurred costs or expenses.

13. We reserve the right to withhold certain payment methods and specify alternatives for each purchase, where necessary and justified.
