"If you were to ask me 'Would I do it again' I would answer' YES, without hesitation. If you were to ask me why; I would tell you to get to know the Attorney General of the United States as I do. I have admired him, and worked for him, in one capacity or another, since I was eighteen years old. He is the most dedicated public servant there is. Mister President, when your term comes to an end, this country would be well served if they made Clark Atwater the next President of the United States. He is the most knowledgeable, honest, dedicated, hard-working man I know. Thank you very much.

The audience applauded, but the President was applauding with great enthusiasm, and a big smile on his face. The other members of the president's entourage were also applauding furiously.

As he took his place at the back of the stage, The Attorney General said, "What did you just do to me?"
