The doctor now looked serious, observing Harin carefully, and this increased the tension in the room. Harin swallowed hard and asked with a trembling voice:

“What about, doctor? What do I have? What did the images show? Am I really pregnant?”

The doctor took a deep breath before crossing his fingers and responding:

“Harin, I was able to analyze the images thoroughly, and they didn’t show any signs of pregnancy. However, I noticed some irregularities in your reproductive system that could affect your health if left untreated.”

Harin turned pale, and Taesu squeezed his hand tighter. I felt a lump in my throat, unable to believe what I was hearing. It was obvious, perhaps the three of us were really expecting a pregnancy result, but Harin was far from being pregnant, and concern for his health now hung over us.

“Irregularities? What does that mean?” I asked, anxious for answers.

“I am… ill? Like…” Harin took a deep breath.
