Aria’s POV

TWO MONTHS LATER.

The Naming Rite ceremony for our daughter was today. The pack main hall was decorated with flowers and candles, while music played softly in the background.

Our newborn daughter lay in my arms wearing a white ceremonial dress. She was sleeping peacefully. She had dark hair and gray eyes, just like Knox.

I glanced around the crowd. I could see Viktor, Lilith, and their son. They had named him Kieran. He was tiny, swaddled in black and silver blanket.

Lilith passed Kieran to Viktor. He stiffened, carrying the fragile child, looking both proud and terrified, which was actually funny to watch on a vampire lord’s face.

Knox grumbled in my head through our mate bond. ‘I can’t believe we went to a vampire’s naming rite, and now th
