I can sense that Ayla is angry and frustrated, and I don't know what else I can say to make her understand my point of view and accept it.

I still haven't told her that it's been a week since the incident, the whole time I was by her side, unable to function properly, unable to think... Seeing her almost die in my arms was desperate.

I could see, feel and hear her skin burning, as I used my speed to bring her into the room and Victor closed everything off, letting no light through, but she was still burning.

It was in the bath that she started biting me. I tried to kiss her, thinking it would help, I let her drink my blood through my lips, but it wasn't enough.

It was only after the bracelet glowed again, and I saw the energy spreading through her body that I realized it had taken effect again, but Ayla kept biting me and my blood helped her heel, without it, she would surely have died. I could see her muscles burning and then healing.
