Chapter 105. One Wrong Move and You Die
Lilith POV
Shit. I was dead.
That was the first thought that hit me the moment all the rogues turned their gazes toward me at once. Even though I yanked myself away from the doorway and pressed against the wall, it was already too late.
I had been found.
Time froze. My heartbeat thundered so violently it felt like it might burst out of my chest. I pressed my back against the wall, breath shallow, eyes wide and trembling.
No one moved. Not the rogues, not the maids, just silence, thick and suffocating, all of them staring straight at the place I had been hiding.
As I scrambled to think of what to do, Dravena’s voice echoed through my mind—taunting, amused.
“Idiot,” she mused with a low chuckle. “Rushing into danger like that? Do you really think you can take on all of them without my power? Sure, you might knock down a few, but eventually you will be overwhelmed. Killed.”
At her words, something clicked in my mind and I shot back
