Chapter 22
Shit. Fuck.
Nirvana just left my office. When I thought everything was heading in the right direction, her stupid ex couldn’t fucking understand what moving on meant.
“Nirvana, wait!” The door almost slammed into my face.
“Where is she going?” My assistant had always the wrong timing.
“Give me the coffee.” I grabbed them from her and followed Nirvana downstairs.
I called her name again, but she was pissed off and chose to ignore me. “Nirvana, please? Just hold on a sec.”
