“This is the first time Levi has been allowed out of the dungeon in over eighteen years, so this better be good, Alpha Maximus!” Alpha Cal snaps.

Levi squints his eyes at me as Alpha Cal says my name.

“Your parents tried to save my beautiful mate, my love. She was my whole world,” He whimpers.

“I’m sorry they couldn’t save her,” I say to him.

“I’m sorry my father killed your parents, Alpha Maximus. I am truly so sorry,” Levi says.

“Me too,” I reply sympathetically.

“This isn’t some kind of family reunion! So, I suggest you hurry up with your business before I kill you!” Alpha Cal shouts.

Even though he is old, probably in his late sixties, he is still very clearly strong and well-built.
