She threw me out of her room... She threw me out. She may not have done it physically but it was clear that she meant it and as much as I wanted to ignore her and just stay there, she deserves to be treated with some respect.

Yes, I know I’m not exactly doing that when it comes to our whole mate bond situation but that’s why I can at least try and give her the respect she deserves in other areas. I’m still not happy about being kicked out but I have to admit that seeing some of her feisty side come out was quite enjoyable.

“Hey, son. How is she doing?” My mom’s voice echoes in the small hallway where I’ve been sitting on the world’s most uncomfortable chair for the last 15 minutes. She may have kicked me out of her room but she didn’t say I couldn’t sit outside of it.

“She woke up for a little while then asked me to leave so she could get some more sleep hence me sitting here like a lost sheep.”
