Chapter 10. Monster
The she-wolf nodded and grabbed me. “Just tell me!”
“See him? That is the problem. Now, if you want to chit-chat and get attacked, leave. I will get him under control,” he said as Amari pulled me away from the area.
A monster. That was what I already thought when I saw him.
Mixed emotions filled me, and I did not even know what to do, how to react, or how to move forward.
I looked at Amari, who was guarding me, and she just quietly stood there. “Is he… always like that?”
She blinked. “Yes,” she replied shortly.
“How many minutes does he last in that state?” I questioned again.
“I believe I do not have the freedom to reveal anything now. This is not my place to say, I apologize,” she replied with a bow.
I sighed, wondering what was happening now. I wanted to take a peek. I wanted to check what happened to them, but I could not since we were now some distance away.
