Chapter 27. There Are More Important Things

Caleb’s POV

“You’re on, angel. Don’t cry when we win.” Selena laughs. Shifting into Storm’s dark grey, almost black, fur and large form feels liberating. He is an awesome wolf, and we are a great team.

‘Are you ready, angel?’ I ask Selena, walking out to see Jamie and Zane waiting. Their wolves’ jaws drop as they look behind me, and Storm turns around to see what they’re gaping at.

Out from the tree walks the most beautiful wolf I have ever seen in my life! She is not just beautiful, but big as well, with an aura out of this world.

Skysong has piercing blue eyes with a hint of silver, golden fur with stripes of bronze and blue and dark grey paws. She lifts her head, her ears perked up and her chest puffed out.
