Chapter 9. My Sadness
Rena cried, lamenting the fate she had felt for the past two days. She separated from her older brother, whose parents assigned her to look after her. I do not know how many kilometers she had walked through the forest to seek help. Her stomach was already sore. Only forest fruits were able to fill the void. She was even more afraid because she had seen other creatures in the forest several times and luckily managed to hide. She did not want to be food for all of them. She wants to live and meet her brother someday.
The growl made Rena's conservative attitude tested again. She was running away without looking back. But suddenly, her legs were pulled violently from behind, making Rena fall, but she didn't dare to scream. Her hand reached for a grip and couldn't. Rena was drawn more and more and went for the dry leaves as a handle. And understand that she's finally caught.
