Chapter 150. Norio Is Missing
I sighed in relief, recognizing them as Colt's masked men. Although Colt had said nothing, I suspected these men would become my shadow in the coming weeks.
On the private road leading to the Fletcher mansion, I turned the wheel of Dean’s car and drove up the cobblestone.
I hated coming here more than I’d ever hated anything, besides the iron cave, of course. But I took comfort in the knowledge that all these would soon be over.
And the moment Dean was gone, I never had to step foot in this shadowy house ever again.
The gates sprang back on their own, and moving my car up the driveway, I saw those horrid-looking guards of Dean’s standing before the mansion.
They should count themselves lucky that I never involved bystanders in my revenge plans. If not, they may have shared the same fate with Norio.
One of them moved to block my car now just as I reached the garage door.
