Fred's POV
I nodded, not wanting to get into that subject so I didn't have to tell the conversation I had with Becca's father. I didn't know if she would be upset or if she wouldn't mind, but I'd rather avoid it.
"And don't think I'm not happy with your return, please.”
Becca stretched out one of her hands between us, and for a moment, I thought she would check how many fingers she saw, to know if she wasn't dreaming. However, she just touched with those fragile fingers against my face, sliding very smoothly. The touch was like feeling butterflies passing very close to my skin.
“Are we able to go out today? "She asked softly.
It was the first time I mentioned the desire to see the world beyond the windows of your room, so I made a surprise expression.
“Where would you like to go?”
"I don't know, I just want to walk.”
“Are you tired of wandering around the room?”
"I'm almost drilling a hole in the ground, from so many times I walk
