Chapter 113

When Ashton left Adams company, he went straight to the police station to lodge a complaint about Alicia missing, he also showed them a text he claimed she sent him, telling him that she was in trouble and that he should come help her. He accused Adams of being the one who kidnapped Alicia and pleaded with the police to save her before Adams does something bad to her.

With the evidence he provided and the police knowing that Alicia was a renowned author, they swung into action immediately and went in search of Adams first, not caring about his status in the country. 

The police went to Adams mansion to look for him but there was no sign of him or anyone at home, just when they were about to leave, Adams car drove in, he and Mike were both confused when they saw the police at his home.

They stopped him halfway into his home and asked him to get down from his car, pointing their guns at him and warning him not to try anything otherwise they would be forced to shoot at
