“She’s called Patricia. She’s not officially signed as a child model under XEG, but she has been the highlight of a few XEG children’s fashion shows.”

“The public knows very little about her. The Harris Family has kept her very well protected.”

“We reached out to former servants who worked at Thompson Residence and got some details. She is Ximena’s granddaughter, and Zora is her aunt. Apparently, she has never had a mother.”

“We even managed to get a few sneaky photos of her. I’ll send them to you right away! She might really be your little girl!”

When the call ended, Caitlin felt as though shards of glass had been dumped onto her chest. It hurt so much that even breathing was painful.

Quincy sent over the photos, and Caitlin opened them eagerly.

The photos were taken secretly, so most of them were side profiles, not clear frontal shots. There were a few shots of the girl moving around the estate, always holding a colorful pinwheel in her hand.
