The only thing Aria wanted was to bring back time so it wouldn't happen. But life goes on even though it gave her more heartache and more pain. Just how she wished every day after her mother died, wishing to come back to the past and to change the future.
And now, she did not know how to deal with another loss. This time, she was alone. Staring at the four corners of her room with swollen and puffy eyes. Tears persist on dropping on their own. She was tired, but her mind kept overthinking it annoyed her. Her life was nothing but sorrow.
The crumpled tissue lying on the floor and on her unmade bed. Her phone was ringing on her lap, it was Lucas and it ended. On her screen glimpsing the news of the President's ambush, died on the spot.
It's been a day, yet after Zerran told her of the distressing report, she cried in his arms and took her to her father's house. He stayed, but she locked herself in her dim room.
