Chapter 32. Puppet in the Making

“Okay, what is it?” Greyson asked as he entered Jaden’s private room. He had finished all his business in Mexico. And now he was right in front of Jaden. “Did something happen when I’m not around?”

Jaden smiled. It made Greyson uncomfortable.

“I’m glad you’re worried about me,” Jaden replied. Greyson could not guess what Jaden was thinking right now. “It feels like you are my real child.”
