“Mr. Noah,” Simon greeted. “How can I help you?”

“Simon,” I began, pacing again. “I need you to go to Samuel’s house. Now.”

“Samuel’s house?” Simon asked, confused. “Is something wrong?”

“He hasn’t been answering my calls for some days now.” I replied. “I want you to check on him and let me know if he’s alright.”

“I don’t understand, Sir.” He countered. “A few days ago, Samuel said that he was going on a leave for a few days to take care of his wife and he had already discussed everything with you. How is it now that you are unaware of his whereabouts?” Simon inquired.

“I suspected that to be his reason for being unavailable. But now that you’ve just confirmed that he lied, I am starting to think that things aren’t the way it seems.” I replied. “Just do as I said, go to Samuel’s house and check up on him. Then I will know what to do next.”
