Chapter 139. Get Over It
When they arrived at the Mrs. Cruz residence, Kathy helped Jessie out of the cab, the door shutting with a soft thud.
“Great everyone is at the party and I am here taking care of a drunk ass bitch.”
“Drunk ass bitch.” Jessie repeated and let out a quiet laugh, her head resting on Kathy’s shoulder as Kathy struggled to walk her down the hallway.
“Hey…” Jessie mumbled, her voice sleepy. She looked up at Kathy, her gaze surprisingly intense despite her unfocused eyes.
“What!”
“Did I ever tell you… you smell really nice?” She said and sniffed Kathy.
Kathy swallowed, trying to control her racing heart then completely ignored her.
Jessie’s lips curled in a wild smile, and she reached up, her fingers touching Kathy’s jawline as if she were tracing it.
“You are really beautiful,” she murmured, her voice low, almost seductive. Her fingers were electrifying to Kathy’s skin.
She has suddenly grown sensitive to Jessie.
