Chapter 37. A Goodbye Kiss

Khushi's POV

I quickly showered before heading downstairs. Midway up the staircase, I suddenly stopped walking as I noticed the scene in front of me.

The mansion's living room resembled a whole shopping center. I rubbed my eyes twice to confirm that I was watching the right thing.

"Khushi ma'am?" Sia called me from the living room, sweating.

"Huh...?"

"Why did you stop there?"

"Eh..for nothing." I started walking down the stairs again.

The store managers raced over to me as soon as I set foot on the living room floor. And I noticed that they were all from stores where I would have never thought to even consider purchasing a handkerchief. They sold clothes at the rate of diamonds!

"Mrs. Sinha, we have the latest collection for you." A store manager said.

"Ma'am, we have bought the special edition collection for you. We know Mrs. Sinha deserves the finest." Added a different female manager.
