Nadine 

I stand there, frozen in awe, taking in the details of the shop. I'm speechless, unable to find the right words to express my emotions. 

My gaze shifts to Ethan, and I'm met with a broad smile that suggests he's thrilled to have evoked this reaction.

"Wow, this is...beautiful," I say, my voice trailing off as I struggle to find the perfect words to describe the scene before me.

I wander around the shop, taking in every detail, tracing the intricate designs with my fingers. 

I turn back to Ethan, his smile still hasn't faded. There's something about that smile that has held me spellbound for four years.

Memories flood my mind - Ethan by my side throughout my pregnancy, with me through delivery, and beaming with pride as he held Shawn in his arms for the first time. He's been my rock, in every sense of the word, caring for Shawn as if he were his own.

As I reflect on yesterday's events, I realize I was b
