“You did a darn better job in training your daughter than me,” I heard Alpha Joy say to my father, Daddy Dante (or Dy as I called him) as I won the race fair and square and removed my bike’s helmet.

My blonde hair locks shook out and I smiled as I sashayed my way towards Dy.

“I did not want her to be afraid of anything, especially something that I feared so much,” Dy replied as he hugged me. “You did a great job, princess!”
