Chapter 35. First Love

Third Person’s POV

“Let me tell you all my story first,” Valen said as everyone seated themselves in the living area and Talon held me in his lap.

I am a hybrid but I was not born as one.

Instead, I was turned by the Witch of Enchantments, Zelda. She was a powerful vampire-witch who controlled vast lands of the Wood of Enchantments.

My parents were eager to start my training as a warrior as soon as possible and hence, they enrolled me with the Pack’s most revered master when I was only 5 years old.

When I was aged 9, my master blindfolded me and left me in an unknown land to make my way back to the Crystal Blood territory on my own. It is one of the common tests that we all have been subjected to – “Do or Die” trials.
