Chapter 10

“Nothing Alpha, he was just exhausted and fainted. He just needs rest, that’s all and when he wakes, he should eat something too,” the healer informed them. All of them breathed a sigh of relief at hearing that Marcellus was okay and he will be fine.

Alpha Aiden carried his son to his room, with Alex trailing after them. Alex offered to stay with Marcellus that night and of course everyone agreed.

Alex laid with his best friend and also slept off, as little as he was, he worried about his best friend so much.

Midnight now, Alex was awaken by his best friend moving on the bad, like he was having a bad dream or something.

“Marcellus, Marcellus,” Alex rubbed his eyes as he shook his best friend in order to get him to wake up.

Finally Marcellus woke up, his breathe hitched as he turned to look at who was there with him.

“Alex?” Marcellus asked for confirmation.

Alex smiled and looked at him, “of course it’s me, are you okay?”
