Isla's POV:

If I hated anyone the most right now, it would be Alpha Caden without any second thought. He was full of arrogance and didn't leave any chance to scare me.

I felt so bad about Adam being involved in the difficult situation when he was just doing his work.

I didn't know what I wanted from this fake bond of ours. But I surely was not a cheater.

"I just hate him! " I shouted loudly in the empty chamber.

Someone cleared their throat behind me and I froze out of fear. Slowly, but cautiously I turned my head to know who it was. But I couldn't recognize the person, her sweet smile gave me a good feeling about her presence.

"I am sorry. I should have knocked first. " She smiled and I realized that she had heard me.

"That's fine. " I could say.

She walked closer, " I am Theressa. Actually, Doctor Adam sent these roses for you. He will be waiting in the hallway to the party
