Chapter 73

While Anya was within the span of the trip, she didn’t forget to check her grandmother who was in the hospital recuperating. Before this trip, she was transferred to a hospital in France by Damon. Anya wanted reject the idea because of embarrassment but Damon insisted and stated a bunch of medical benefits and enjoyment for her grandmother. And seeing her grandmother’s happiness in the idea, Anya doesn’t have the heart to be a kill joy. So, she could only helplessly agree.

“Grandma, how are you?” Anya asked her grandma in the phone.

“Oh, Anya dear, it is so beautiful in here. Even though I am just inside the hospital, the view here is breath taking! I also take walks in wheelchair often and oh dear, even the gardens are exquisite!” The old woman chattered cheerfully. Anya heard this and smiled. She can’t help but agree that sending her in France was a good idea. Her grandmother hadn’t been this happy for a long time.

“I see grandma. Alright, take care of yourself.
