“Why do you treat me so well.” Anya asked as she leaned on Damon’s arms. They were in the sofa of her apartment, cuddling with each other.

After what happened in the studio, Damon drove her home. He wanted to bring her to eat out but Anya was tired and also felt weak of what just happened. So Damon took her home. Anya invited him in and they ordered food as they cuddled on the sofa.

Damon heard Anya’s question and he caressed her hair.

“Because you’re the mother of my child.” He said nonchalantly and teasingly.

Anya immediately went out of his hold. Her expression tightened as she stared at Damon. What does he mean? He only like her because of their child? This made Anya quite unhappy.

She already had thought of this at the beginning. That he might just care about her because of Allen. And there was nothing bad about it. Because their connection was made through their son.
