She laughs, her hand on her belly but her eyes are still filled with sadness. "Oh, come here.," I mumble as I tug her toward me. "It's my decision. Stop beating yourself up over it. You're a pregnant woman. I want you to take care of yourself." I coax gently, wrapping my arms around her.

This makes her laugh even harder. She hugs me too, pressing a fleeting kiss against my cheek as a thank you. "Another condition," she adds when she pulls back.

"You'll let me make her jealous."

"You'll allow me to drive Mera into insanity so she'll admit her feelings to you and we can stop this madness before it even begins."

"I'm not doing this as revenge or something, you know that right?
