A Day to The Ancient Rites.

The air in my room was already suffocating. Each inhale seemed to weigh down my chest. Tomorrow would decide everything, my future, my innocence, maybe even my life.

The thought has been tormenting ever since I left Valerie to come into my room. By evening, I couldn’t bear sitting in my room any longer. The four walls had begun to suffocate me, pressing closer as if they wanted me to break before the rites even began.
