Chapter 16, Was He in Love?

The door of the car flew open, and Laurence shifted to make room for her. She climbed into the car.

"Good morning, sir," she greeted Laurence, his fiery gaze playing havoc upon her nerves. He took in her delicious look liking the way the blush pink outfit matched her rosy cheeks.

"Good morning," he answered her in a husky tone while Tim loaded her luggage onto the car. "Ready?" he asked, and she nodded. Tim climbed onto the driver's seat and drove off towards the airport.

They checked in at the airport and waited for their flight. In fifteen minutes, they walked towards their terminal. Arianna was surprised to find that they were the only passengers boarding the car, which would take them to their airplane. She saw the jet at a distance. It was a sleek silver jet looking magnificent as it awaited their arrival.

"Good morning and welcome, Mr. Lennard," the pilot greeted Laurence.
