Chapter 123
I felt a warm hand around my neck. I saw her through the mirror as she adjusted the tie. She turned me to face her and helped me wear it perfectly.
"I never knew you knew something about ties". I said.
"You never asked". She replied. "We are running late already". She said and picked her silvery purse which goes in line with the color of her cloth.
"You look stunning". I complimented her hoping she wouldn't give me a response that would send me off guard.
"I always look stunning". She said and catwalks out of the room. I rushed forward towards her and held her hand in mine. She turned to look at me in surprise but I ignored her stare.
The ceremony was scheduled for the grand hall in the castle. We got there at almost eight but guests were already trooping in. I saw Jeff coming in as I averted my gaze from him.
