I almost jump out of the seat and throw myself at Aiden before I realize that is impossible so I settle for a little sit up and just jump excitedly in my seat.

"Aiden, oh my God. I can't believe you're here, I can't believe you're okay." A sob threatens to break out of my lips. I reach out and hold his hand, the only thing I'm able to do from here.

"How, how did this happen?" I ask no one in particular, still keeping my eyes on Aiden like if I turn he would disappear. I feel like he would.
