I visited the hospital that Noah mentioned on the phone, to visit the worker who fell and was being treated at the hospital. 

I tried to remember whether the entire hospital building we renovation was protected by safety, usually using blue steel nets to cover the walls of the entire building area being worked on and as far as I could remember everything was safe. 

Likewise, regarding safety equipment for workers, especially in high areas, I think everything is complete and guaranteed. Why did accidents like that still happen?
