Chapter 61. Desire

I was wearing a pretty cream colored dress that Odessa had loaned me, all eyes seemed to be on me. Most faces were warm and friendly, some were curious. Whispers from the other tables buzzed as speculation about me continued to grow.

I sat quietly at the breakfast table between Dimitri and Niko. Dimitri kept stealing sideway glances at me and his chair was inching closer and closer to me.
