Chapter 27. Sincere Concern
"Is it my wedding? I'm marrying Isabela?" Frank wondered.
Suddenly, the door opened. A couple of toddlers came in, throwing flowers.
"Wait, isn't that Emily? And that boy ... isn't he Louis?"
Before Frank's confusion faded, the bride entered the room. Frank was stunned when he saw her.
It wasn't Isabela, but Kara! Her beauty surpassed that of an angel. She wore a white dress as pure as her skin.
"Gosh! I am with Kara? How could it be?"
Frank kept being mesmerized until Kara stood in front of him. What was even stranger, he took her hand and then they exchanged vows.
After they were declared husband and wife, Frank embraced her waist without awkwardness. Their faces drew closer, and their lips were almost touching. Just as Frank was about to feel Kara's tenderness, he jolted.
The office ceiling greeted him. Frank then realized that he was lying on the floor. His head was propped up with a pillow from the secret room.
