Chapter 13

Nick sighed when she said yes. He traced the side of her face with his right hand. He narrowed his eyes when she ran the pink tip of her tongue on her lips.

“What is it?” she asked in a small voice.

“I never had a serious relationship. I never wanted anyone so badly before you. I feel that you are more than just a very pretty face. But I don’t have any confidence about myself. That’s why I don’t want you to see me yet. I want us to meet occasionally. I want to make love to you but we’ll do it while you have a sleeping mask on. When I have enough confidence, I will let you see me. I want to try to have a certain kind of relationship with you.” he said.

She gaped and she is speechless.

“What do you think honey?” his voice sounds worried.

“Do you know me? Maybe you always see me.” she said.

He closed his eyes for
