“Hey,” He called.

She turned around, lips quivering, fingers shaking, and her whole body trembling, at the new secret that had just been revealed.

“You know, don’t you?” He asked.

She wanted to ask him what he was talking about, she wanted to deny knowing anything, she wanted to act like everything was still normal between them, but even as much as she wanted to pretend, her emotions betrayed her, and she fell to her knees, sobbing hard, her heart tearing into pieces, too weak to take any more drama.
