Chapter 40. Nico Freed

She didn't finish the food that Dye's assistant prepared. It consisted of six different dishes, and she was sure that they were not from the cafeteria. Maybe he asked someone to cook and eat.

After eating, she cleaned the dirt on the table and organized the food in order. She also covered it with foil that was wrapped in a cabinet so that it wouldn't cool down easily.

She wasn't aware if he would join her later and eat, but she knew that he didn't have his lunch earlier because he was busy with things.

She bit her lips when she mumbled something that wasn't in her mind at all. 

She walked near the huge window and watched the blue sky. She was now wearing a white shirt and military pants.
