Chapter 25. Direct Ambush

Bella read the lengthy message, utterly shocked to find that the number she saved as Jennifer claimed to be Giselle. Even though she had already heard it from her husband, Bella never thought Giselle herself would admit to it like this. From what she knew, Giselle was an ambitious woman.

Leaning back against the sofa, Bella sighed heavily and looked back at her phone screen.

‘Uh.. Bella. This is Giselle. I just want to say sorry and promise not to disturb your life anymore. Sorry for everything. Truly. And you don't need to reply to my message. The important thing is I've said it and truly disappeared from your life.’

"Hahhh!! Even until the end, you're still arrogant!" Bella sighed heavily, but a faint smile crept onto her lips.

Bella began to type.

‘Thank you, Giselle.’

Three words she could say. At least from all the events, there was surely a life lesson she had learned. And because of this issue, she could meet the man who loved her so much.
