Nalzen’s POV

I wake up feeling dizzy and my head is aching. I didn’t see anyone in this room. I’m alone! Then, I remember Nathan’s bloody face! Is he okay? He took the bullet that is meant for me. I hope he’s okay and resting in one of the rooms here.

I try to stand up but I fall. My arm is still aching. Then the door opens and there’s Aaron.

“Careful wifey, why did you get up?” He worriedly asks while letting me back to my bed.

“I want to see Nathan if he is okay. What room is he?” I asked.

But Aaron’s eye twitched. As if, he is hiding something from me. And what is it? I felt a sudden nervous.

“Okay, later we will go to him. As of now, there’s still need something to do and prepare.” He answered seriously.

“Prepare for what? Or you mean he is just resting?” I asked wondering.

“No, it’s not like that. But I will tell you later. What do you like to eat? Are you hungry?” He asked me.

And foods are too far away from our topic. And
