Princess Elena’s POV

Sara stared at me like the ground had shifted under her feet.

For a split second, the outrage didn’t come, just disbelief. Then her lips curled. “You’ve lost your mind,” she whispered harshly. “Do you really think anyone here would dare touch me? I’m their lady.”

A quiet laugh slipped from me before I could stop it. Not mocking, measured. “You’re right,” I said evenly. “You are a lady. So am I.” I tilted my head slightly. “Let’s see whose name carries more weight.”

I turned away from her and faced the mall manager. “The dress she’s wearing,” I said calmly. “I’ll take that one.”

Sara exploded. “This is ridiculous!” she shrieked. “This is my territory. These people answer to me. Security, throw them out. Now!”

No one moved.

The manager’s face drained of color as his gaze darted between us. “P-Please… Lady Sara, Princess Elena… there’s no need for this. You’re both honored guests…”

“I’m your VIP,” Sara snapped.
