As I had suspected, one pint of blood, antibiotics and the cuts and incisions cleaned, sewn and dressed. The transfusion had flushed the wolfs bane out of Virginia’s body, and she was healing well; the doctor had consented for my beauty to shift which would instantly heal her wounds. This was the point where Virginia wanted to deal with the matter at hand; Lydia, but first of all, she wanted to see Adrianna.
I’m not sure whether she wanted to explain her actions, or make excuses for her mother but we left them to their privacy. Neither Declan nor I would get between the sisters; they were the only family each other had.
