Aron’s POV

Why does it have to rain in London almost every day?

Yeah, yeah.

I know I can move to another city, but I don’t want to.

The only person that’s close to me lives here.

And that would be my aunt.

My mother left me when I was just a baby.

One day she just dropped me on her sister’s front porch and never came back.

Not even to check up on me.

I discovered all these things later in my life when I was 15 years old.

My aunt told me to sit down one day when I came from school and told me everything.

She told me how my own mother left me, but pointed out that I am not missing anything. Because she was a manipulative person obsessed with material things. That year we also went to change my last name to McNamara. Aunt said that if I ever succeed in life, which she was sure I would, my mother would track me down and beg for money or even try some nasty games.
