I willed myself to forget about everything Daciana just said. I didn't think it would be easy but the moment I got to my floor, my thoughts automatically switched to Adriana.

As much as I wanted to feel pissed off knowing that she was with her mother. And also knowing she was probably in on whatever stupid plan Dreaya has. I wasn't worried about that. I was more worried for her than anything.

Dreaya didn't look like she was joking when she said she didn't have any use for her anymore. And I know what she usually does to people she felt were no longer of us to her.

But, it could also have been a ploy for me to think that so I could trust Adriana with everything. The thing is, she didn't have to lie. I knew I shouldn't trust her. I knew it was wrong. But I said fuck it. Even now, I didn't care and I would say fuck it one million times more if she were to come back. I'll bare my soul to her. Give her a silver dagger
