Two months later

"Sweetheart, I'm hungry" Daksh whined, lying on the bed. I was busy arranging the closet. I turned towards him.

"Wait! I will prepare dinner for you. You just take the rest." I said leaving him. I went downstairs and saw Pari maa was in the kitchen making dinner.

"Pari maa, what are you doing? You sit. I will work. How many times do I have to tell you," I scolded Her?

"I can cook. You go!" She said, stubbornly.

"No way, all your work responsibilities will be handled by me. You should take a rest. Now go upstairs to your room," I ordered. She pouted and went inside her room. I smiled.

A few days back, Pari maa fainted because of Low blood pressure. After that, I never let her work in the kitchen. I sighed and started making dinner. Suddenly, I feel a hand wrapping around my waist.

"Sweetheart!"  Daksh whisper as he rests his chin on my shoulder.

"Hmm" I hummed while cutt
