Chapter 301
Disaster
The darkness that gathered around the face of grandma when Brian made a comment about confessing a thing to her was out of this world. She cleared her throat, raised a brow and adjusted herself as though she had been anticipating it.
“Go on I am all ears, son,” grandma said, locked eyes with him and shot an impatient stare into his face to make him understand she was eager to hear the confession with rapt attention.
Brian swallowed hard, wanted to open his mouth but felt uneasy to do so. He had made a confession but none was genuine. He had never felt uneasy and drawn in his life. For the first time confessing the evil he did became a worse evil.
“I just want to tell you that dad has been fucking Ella,” he said, feeling a bit relieved that he changed his mind and made the wrong confession.
He wondered how grandma would see him after telling it to her face that he murdered Ella’s husband whom he thought was dead but still alive. Already grandma
