Bree’s POV

I couldn’t help but think back on everything that has happened in my life and marvel at how far I have come. It hadn’t been easy; I had a lot of ups and downs, but I was able to scale through them. It’s been ages since I graduated from high school. I was also done with college and will be starting my residency next year.

I wasn’t able to do all this by myself; I had my parents, my brother, and my friends. Like I had wished, we all stayed connected even after so many years; we were very much intact. Most of all, I had a loving fiancé who helped me through every trial I had to go through to get to where I am now.

Yes, you got that right.

I I’m engaged to Hayden; in fact, today was our wedding day. He had proposed three months ago. I had recently graduated from college when Hayden asked me out on a date. Believe me, I was beyond shocked and, at the same time, extremely happy at the thought of officially being Gabrielle King.
