Chapter 70. Options

Silence fell over the guestroom at Yoldes' palm. The atmosphere was tense as a heavy air hung around the room.

Darren and Nicole just stared at Alphonse and Kyley, they could pretty much guess what Alphonse was going to say next. Although, they had no idea what this meant to either Alphonse and Kyley, it was still evident from the looks on their faces that it was quite a painful thing that they shared.

"Sam is dead, Kyley" Alphonse announced in a low heavy tone that conveyed the pain he beared in his heart.
