FORGIVENESS

After being instructed to "Tell Ms. Jones to come here," Ms. Dein immediately followed the command and looked for the department in which she had been working. When she found out about it, she noticed that the other person was putting her belongings back together while she was still crying, and that she seemed to be getting ready to leave.

Ms. Dein questioned her identity, assuming that she was speaking to Ms. Vera Jones.

Vera stared at her in amazement and nodded as she wiped her tears away while simultaneously looking at her.

Before she left because she still had a lot of business to take care of, she told Ms. Jones, "The CEO wants you in his office." The CEO had requested her presence.

As soon as word spread that Vera was going to have to report to the CEO's office, the rumors immediately began spreading among the employees.
